This is a part-time ongoing contract for an Educator Certificate 3 with Inclusion Support experience to join Uniting Grantham Heights long day care in Seven Hills until 20 September 2024!
- Base Salary up to $30 per hour (depending on experience) + Salary Packaging benefits + Super
- Pay less tax - the maximum amount of not-for-profit (NFP) salary packaging available up to $18,550 per year
- Monday to Thursday (Two days 8-hour shift, Two days 5-hour shift). This schedule may vary next year.
What you’ll be doing in this role
- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
- Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
Who we’re looking for
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred)
- Inclusion Support experience
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.

Uniting Grantham Heights Early Learning Seven Hills supports families with education and childcare, including a preschool program and our innovative Bush Kindy. We are open long hours for children from three to five years.
Housed within the grounds of the Grantham Heights Uniting Church, our service offers bright, colourful, and welcoming indoor learning spaces and stimulating outdoor environments that are designed to engage and inspire.
