• Base Salary up to $30 per hour (depending on experience) + Salary Packaging benefits + Super
• Pay less tax - the maximum amount of not-for-profit (NFP) salary packaging available up to $18,500 per year
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm

This is a part-time ongoing contract (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm) for an Inclusion Support Educator to join Uniting Frederick Street Preschool in Rockdale until 12 April 2024!  

What you’ll be doing in this role

• Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
• Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
• Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes 

Who we’re looking for

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred)
• Inclusion Support experience
• Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
• You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.

Uniting Frederick St Preschool is a not-for-profit, community-based facility providing education and care for 3-5-year-olds in Rockdale. Our service is approved for 42 children and is deeply committed to inclusivity and equal access for all. Our warm and welcoming service offers stimulating indoor and natural outdoor environments.
