What do we need you to do?

You’ll provide care and companionship to residents living in our residential home to support their independence and improve their quality of life through activities that include:

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene & dressing, help at mealtimes and general mobility
• Assisting residents with selected medication types and simple wound dressings
• Providing support with community based recreational and social activities and of course, friendly conversation.

What do we need you to bring?

• Ideally, we’re looking for previous experience in aged or community care but if you’re qualified and just starting out on your carer then we’d love to hear from you too. 
• You’ll need to be resilient and resourceful, and be able to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness every day.
• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
