Household Living our innovative approach to care empowers our residents to live their day, their way, just as you would in any family home.
There are 3 separate households, each with up to 20 residents, including a secure Memory Support Unit for people living with dementia.
Your Uniting Homemaker ensures that the community is thriving and doing things that are meaningful and enjoyable.
Our Uniting Household Model of care empowers our residential care teams with freedom to support our residents in ways that help them maintain a sense of meaning and purpose in their day. As a Carer in a household, you'll provide care, companionship, and emotional support to residents to help support their independence and improve their quality of life. Uniting seeks Care Workers to work at Uniting Salamander Bay on a permanent part time basis and casual shifts also on offer.
