We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our awesome team in Parramatta CBD, contributing to the documentation of the Revenue and Receivables team and the development of a new Billing system.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed documentation of end-to-end work instructions/standard operating procedures for staff training.
• Identify pain points and process optimisation opportunities within the Revenue and Receivables team.
• Document interdependencies of activities across teams and Finance, including business interdependencies.
• Produce process maps and workflows where needed.

As the Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyse business problems comprehensively, considering processes, data, and people factors.
• Translate tasks into detailed work instructions for staff training.
• Facilitate discussions, capturing pain points, refining requirements, and fostering collaboration.
• Ensure a customer-centric approach throughout the documentation lifecycle.
• Develop skills and adaptability for personal and project growth.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Aged Care.
• Supervisory experience, cultivating trust and effective communication.
• Proficiency in Visio and work instructions/standard operating procedure manuals.
• End-to-end business analysis skills and experience in client billing and government claims.
• Ability to listen and ask relevant questions relating to the processes being discussed to ensure thorough instructions are captured
