We’re looking for a skilled Asset Coordinator to lead and manage property and maintenance services across 11 Uniting sites in the Hunter region, covering locations from Caves Beach to Salamander Bay, and as far west as Singleton.
You'll lead a team of 6 Maintenance Officers and ensure our property assets, plant, and equipment are maintained to a high standard—supporting safe, sustainable and homelike environments for the people we serve. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
You’re an experienced and proactive leader with a background in facilities or asset management, ideally across multi-site portfolios. You bring a blend of technical know-how, people leadership and a passion for maintaining high-quality environments for residents and clients.
