Join our dedicated team in Residential Aged Care as an Administration Officer with a key focus on rostering. In this vital role, you'll ensure our care teams are supported with efficient and effective roster management, helping us deliver consistent, high-quality care to our residents. Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent qualification/experience
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with computer systems, as the role involves working across various platforms such as CRM, rostering software, and WorkSmart Dynamics. The position is also responsible for online orders for laundry services and facility equipment/accessories.
