The United Services Union represents 30,000 members in local government, clerical & administration, energy & utilities, and airlines industries in NSW and parts of the ACT.

We are looking for an Organiser to work in our Energy & Utilities, Private Sector, and Airlines Team. The position will be based out of the United Services Union’s Sydney CBD Office, and at Sydney Domestic Terminal.

The position reports directly to the Manager Energy, Utilities, Private Sector, and Airlines, performing a wide range of industrial functions for the USU, primarily in our Airlines coverage.

You will work in a strong and cohesive team, where member support is paramount in dealing with industrial issues as well as bargaining for enterprise agreements within the Airline industry, with a focus on growth. There is a strong emphasis on training and development.
