UNICEF promotes the rights and wellbeing of every child, in everything we do. Together with our partners, we work in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical action, focusing special effort on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, to the benefit of all children, everywhere. In Australia we create impact for children and young people by elevating their voices, working with Governments to influence public policy, producing data and evidence, and working in partnerships to deliver innovative programs and initiatives which can be replicated at scale. UNICEF Australia is funded entirely by the voluntary contributions of individuals, businesses, foundations and governments.
As the Retention Marketing Executive at UNICEF Australia, you will play an effective and efficient supporting role in retaining and engaging our amazing donor base. You will be a valuable team player and will be focused on the ongoing growth of our regular giving and cash programs, on top of optimising marketing programs and delivering a behaviour-based donor journey that will help our supporters stay loyal to us and the work we do for children. If you are highly motivated, supporter focused, and have a passion for delivering positive outcomes to children around the world, we would love to hear from you.
This position reports to the Donor Retention and Loyalty Manager and is a permanent full time position. The role requires occasional work outside of regular hours. We offer a work environment that prioritises flexibility, wellbeing and work outcomes, including a balance between working from the office and home.
A competitive salary commensurate with the not-for-profit sector is offered together with the availability of sector-leading salary packaging to achieve an overall generous remuneration package.
