Key responsibilities
- Reception duties – manage incoming calls.
- Refer incoming request for housing assistance to appropriate services and provide relevant information.
- Data Management / Chintaro:
- Process maintenance invoices.
- Process house inspection reports.
- Assist in collating property information and capital planned works data base.
- DFFH 6 Monthly Reporting.
- Support CEO in organisation of Board, Member and Staff meetings.
- Minute taking - take a lead role in minute taking.
- Support CEO with various administration tasks as directed.
- Assist in responding to property maintenance requests from tenant members.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Relevant qualification and/or experience in data management and administration.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Interest in developing a career in community housing management within a co-operative housing model.
- Personal commitment to social justice and understanding of housing related issues confronting people on low incomes including CALD.
- Community development experience/skills/passion.
- Can do attitude.
