We’re seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee two of our key regions, Wollongong and South Australia. You’ll drive strategic and day-to-day operations across multiple sites, with a strong focus on both high clinical care and quality service delivery.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee the delivery of person-centred care across multiple residential settings, including SIL, SDA, and high physical support environments
- Lead a high-performing team of Service Leaders, ensuring operational excellence and positive participant outcomes
- Apply your clinical expertise to guide complex care models and support service innovation
- Drive service performance, quality, compliance, and budgetary oversight
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Property, Rostering, Client Success and Clinical teams
- Ensure effective participant onboarding, NDIS funding compliance, and service optimisation
- Conduct site visits and travel between NSW and SA as required
What You Bring
- Strong leadership capability across dispersed, multi-site disability operations
- Background in nursing or allied health highly desirable
- Deep understanding of complex clinical needs and high physical support environments
- 5+ years’ experience in the disability or health sector with exposure to NDIS
- Proven ability to manage operational budgets, occupancy, and stakeholder relationships
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem solving and team development
- Confidence managing change and scaling operations in fast-paced environments
