We are seeking an AOD Team Leader with extensive experience in the Alcohol and Other Drug sector, to join the team at the Salvation Army's, Harry Hunter Rehabilitation Centre. This role is available on a permanent full-time basis.
Our AOD Team Leader is responsible for; providing clinical leadership, overseeing of effective case-management practices, staff supervision, and programme development.
As the AOD Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of safe, effective and individualised care to residents and their supporters (including managing staff and physical resources) in keeping with the organisation's Mission, Vision and Values.
You will work with and assist the Assistant Manager to plan, coordinate and evaluate the daily clinical and programme needs of the Centre's residents to maintain full accreditation and achieve best practice.
