About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Administrator for our Foley House Program! You will provide long-term residential support to 45 single men experiencing homelessness and disability, with a history of trauma and disadvantage. Additionally, you will work closely with frontline support staff and management to provide an outstanding level of service to our residents.

Responsibilities include

  • Ensure highest standard of administrative support is delivered
  • Assist Program Managers and Leadership Teams with revenue accounting tasks
  • Assist Program Managers with HR and Payroll administrative tasks
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate area
  • Participate in line supervision and attend monthly administration team meetings

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Footscray, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 3 Award.

You will have

  • Relevant Business qualification such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired)
  • Demonstrated experience in administration responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and build strong relationships
  • Attention to detail with proven ability to maintain confidentiality of service users and professionally handle sensitive data and information
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems and software including MS Office suite
  • High level skills in time management
  • Employee Working with Children's Check
  • Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID 19
