The role of a Senior Collaboration Specialist is crucial to keeping our Microsoft 365 solution performing in optimal condition and requires your technical and strategic direction as TSA increasingly moves toward cloud solutions.
You will be responsible for providing onsite leadership for our 10,000 strong geographically dispersed workforce to deliver the best user experience through engineering support and design in order to drive excellence, quality and performance of IT services.
The primary focus of the role:
