About the role

The role of a Senior Collaboration Specialist is crucial to keeping our Microsoft 365 solution performing in optimal condition and requires your technical and strategic direction as TSA increasingly moves toward cloud solutions.

You will be responsible for providing onsite leadership for our 10,000 strong geographically dispersed workforce to deliver the best user experience through engineering support and design in order to drive excellence, quality and performance of IT services.

The primary focus of the role:

  • Provides level three expertise throughout the lifecycle of O365 solutions from strategy and architectural design, implementation, administration and maintenance of the collaboration platform.
  • Provide Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive administration and governance expertise.
  • Leverage off strategic collaboration platforms and deliver strategic objectives to drive capabilities and process efficiencies.
  • Providing technical solutions through project delivery and design teams to contribute continuous improvement of designing technical solutions to meet operational needs.
  • Elevate team knowledge and capability by coaching and mentoring collaboration, ITS and business members on platforms and best practice.

To be successful in this role, you will have had 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large organisation and must have broad and comprehensive technical knowledge of O365 solutions including demonstrated skills and experience in:

  • Microsoft O365 platform best practice including Identity, Access, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
  • AD and ADD processes and integration
  • Security and Compliance, Backup and recovery and eDiscovery
  • PowerShell scripting and interpretation
  • Working in a customer focused, dynamic, highly complex organisation, responsible for operations and/or process execution
  • Information Security best practice and compliance
  • Network dependencies, implications & requirements needed for O365 services

The ideal candidate must hold MCSA certification (O365) with the following qualifications highly desirable:

  • Degree in Computer Science or Business
  • Microsoft Azure certification
  • Certifications in cloud computer, security and networking
