We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent, full time, Program Manager (Homelessness Residential Services) to join our Surry Hills, NSW team.
Reporting directly to the State Manager for Homelessness (NSW/ACT) with 5 direct reports and a team of approximately 26 staff the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of Homelessness Residential Services at Foster House (50 bed male crisis residential service).
As the Program Manager (Homelessness Residential Services) you will have the opportunity to strategically develop, manage, and lead person-centred service delivery, operations, and staff. The role oversees the provision of intake and assessment team, support workers, case management team, operations of the centre and budgets as an example.
