Homelessness Melbourne Metro is committed to providing person centred care, trauma informed practice and a strengths-based approach to improve the health, wellbeing and housing outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.

Service Profile

The Homelessness Melbourne Metro region is a large Homelessness provider in the inner city of Melbourne and provides a comprehensive range of residential & community services across six sites in St Kilda, Footscray, North Melbourne, West Melbourne and Kensington.

Community programs include the Crisis Contact Centre, Community Outreach Services for single adults, support for older people in public housing, rough sleeper & street sleeping initiatives, community participation and AOD support.

Residential services operate from Foley House in Footscray, the Open Door in North Melbourne and Flagstaff in West Melbourne.

Homelessness Melbourne Metro employs 197 staff and is supported by co-located services including the TSA Chaplaincy program, Bolton Clarke primary health service and NDIS support coordination.

Your Role

The Homelessness Melbourne Metro Case Management Services supports people across the inner city of Melbourne and broader Western region in our two short term residential services (Flagstaff and the Open Door), Rough Sleeper Programs and our Community Outreach Services. We are committed to working with the most disadvantaged, marginalised and complex members of our community to support them in recovering from their experience of trauma and homelessness.

We are looking for an inspirational leader:

  • Experienced in high quality service delivery and creating high functioning teams

  • Ability to ensure service delivery outcomes meet the required target
  • Strong case management experience in a relevant field
  • Relevant degree or above qualifications
  • Ability to manage crisis situations
  • Initiative to solve service delivery challenges
