The Salvation Army Youth Services offer an integrated suite of programs engaging with young people across Australia. Our services create intentional avenues for young people to explore opportunities, build support networks, and access, participate and contribute to their communities. Youth services provide a diverse range of programs which include housing and homelessness, driver training, education, employment and training, AOD support, social and community activities, specialist therapeutic responses and youth justice programs.
The Client Services Coordinator (after hours) will lead the Upton Rd 24/7 support team to deliver high quality services to young people connected to the Upton Rd youth refuge. This position works in conjunction with the management team at Upton Rd to deliver the Journey to Independence Model to all youth services clients across the Inner Middle South region of Melbourne.
Responsibilities include:
Position is full time, working a 9 day fortnight. Roster structure includes a mix of 8am-5pm and 1pm-10pm shifts to ensure adequate crossover with direct reports in the 24/7 roster. Further details of roster can be provided to interested applicants.
Reporting to the Program Manager this position is located at Upton Road St Kilda.
This is a full time position, 38 hours per week fixed term to July 2022.
Salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, level 6.
