We offer a range of services including Harm Reduction and Primary Health Services as well as a range of treatment types (including residential treatment centres, community-based support programs, counselling and withdrawal management services). Seeking a proactive, person centered and experienced case worker to provide case management and outreach support to people who are experiencing AOD issues, with a focus on reducing the harm associated with their use.
This is a permanent part time position, 34.2 hours per week based at our AOD Service in Corio.
