We are currently seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our dynamic and committed team at Oasis Transitional Accommodation Service (OTAS). OTAS is a semi-supported accommodation program for young people 16-25 years of age who have experienced homelessness, or are at risk of homelessness.
The Salvation Army Oasis Youth Support Network provides a place of safety, stability and support. Working with young people, aged 16 to 25, most of whom have experienced adverse life events, Oasis offers opportunities for young people to embrace their potential and envision their life taking a different path. From crisis and transitional accommodation, right through to case management, education and training, living skills and outreach, Oasis works to re-establish choice, self-worth and confidence in a safe environment, empowering young people to move forward in their lives and make positive choices for their futures.

Applicants must also have the right to work in Australia, a current, full Working with Children Check and will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Check, it is also essential to have a current NSW class C driver's licence for this position.
