About the Role:

Brand new opportunity for a Campaign Analyst to join our Glen Waverley, Melbourne team on a permanent full time basis. Reporting to the Reporting and Insights Manager this position will be responsible for providing analytics and reporting insights to key stakeholders on the results and performance of fundraising campaigns and key activities, to better understand supporter, channel and segment performance as well as creating and maintaining the fundraising campaign dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, building and ongoing delivery of campaign, channel, segment reporting dashboards
  • Extract, analyse and interpret data using campaign management tools, to provide campaign performance insights and deliver post campaign reviews to the Fundraising stakeholders
  • Analyse and interpret campaign performance and from various sources with the expectation of bringing the valuable campaign insights to influence key business decision
  • Identify and track market trends, key drivers, attributes and behaviour of donors for optimising campaign performance
  • Work closely with the database team on refining and implementing systems projects that contribute to achieving fundraising KPIs

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Data/Computer Science or Commerce or similar preferred
  • Proven experience working with and interpreting/reporting campaign/marketing data
  • Data management experience gained in a fundraising or direct marketing environment will be highly regarded
  • High level understanding and skill in computer applications (Word/Excel/CRM Systems)
  • Strong proficiency skills in Excel (statistical functions, pivot tables, vlookups, filters, graphs and macros)
  • Experience in data extraction and running queries in SQL
  • Preferred experience/exposure to reporting platforms such as Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing processes and database
