As part of our Supported Accommodation and After hours Crisis Response (SAACR) team, you won't just be working in an office - you'll be the beating heart that helps keep our vital family violence services running.
We're looking for a compassionate and organised Business Operational Support to join our team in Coburg. In this part-time role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our refuge and crisis accommodation services - helping our frontline teams provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for victim survivors of family violence.
In this role, you are more than administration - you are part of the healing journey for women and children fleeing violence. Your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and offer calm within chaos directly supports those doing life-saving work.
Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, this is a fixed-term part-time position, 15.2 hours per week contracted for 12 months, primarily based in Coburg North, VIC. You may occasionally be required to work at our Long Term and Short Term Refuge sites.
Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 3.
