About the role

Reporting to the Communications & Marketing Manager, in this exciting new role you will work closely with the Development team to deliver strategic fundraising and marketing objectives. This role supports the fundraising and digital marketing activities at Trust for Nature, including developing and implementing direct mail-outs, electronic direct marketing (EDMs) campaigns, social media content, regular giving campaigns and fundraising events.

This role is crucial in driving fundraising initiatives and leveraging digital marketing strategies to raise awareness, engage supporters and maximise donor support.

This is a 12-month fixed term, part-time (0.80FTE) position based in Melbourne CBD.

The role offers a full-time base salary of $76,419 p.a., plus superannuation ($61,135 for 0.80FTE).

About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring;

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar fundraising or marketing role.
  • Digital marketing experience, including electronic direct marketing (EDM) campaigns and social media.
  • Strong customer service experience and collaborative attitude.
  • Social media content creation, including multimedia (video, photography and graphic editing skills).
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce highly beneficial).
  • Knowledge of conservation, natural environment and/or Victorian species and landscapes is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve processes and show initiative
