As part of our Clinical Education team, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and training programs for health professionals and service providers. Through effective administration, coordination, and participant support, you will help ensure our learning experiences are delivered seamlessly and contribute to building capability, knowledge, and positive outcomes across the communities we serve.
Are you a highly organised administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating training and education activities? We are seeking an Administration Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Clinical Education team.
This role is integral to the successful delivery of high-quality education programs and clinical training initiatives, supporting educators, participants, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Hours: 30.4 hours per week (0.8 FTE) (Monday to Thursday)
Term: 6 month contract
Location: Windsor, Brisbane
As the Administration Officer, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across a range of education and training activities. You will coordinate course administration, training logistics, participant communications, event support, reporting, and data management, while maintaining education systems and processes that support effective program delivery.
Working closely with the Clinical Education team, you will play a key role in ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with organisational standards. In this role, you will:
