The Administration Support Officer duties include providing administrative support to the management team and assisting with the efficient running of this busy head office in a well-regarded, Melbourne based Not for Profit organisation. This is a part-time position (0.6 EFT) with flexible hours and will suit an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks as well as being able to work independently with little direct supervision, is essential for success in this role. Applicants should be well organised, adaptable and enjoy the daily challenges of providing administrative support in a busy and supportive office environment.
