Role Overview
As the Therapy Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our therapy department to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services. You will manage a team of skilled therapists, develop programs, and contribute to the strategic growth of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of therapists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Develop evidence-based therapeutic programs to address diverse client needs.
- Ensure the delivery of client-centred interventions while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations and effective service promotion.
- Identify training needs and opportunities to enhance therapist skills and knowledge.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field (Psychology, OT, Speech Therapy, or other Allied Health professionals).
- Proven leadership experience in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.
