Model of therapy

Committed to providing an innovative wraparound service. Using Allied Health professionals to create intervention programs for clients, while utilising a mix of Allied Health Assistants and Educators to implement strategies in between sessions, to work towards client's goals.

The role

You will provide evidence-based speech pathology services to children including formal and informal assessment, care planning, delivery of therapy, reporting and discharge while working in a child centred approach.

  • Locations - Kogarah, Sutherland Shire and North Ryde - More sites to come
  • Working in collaboration with your multi-disciplinary team
  • Full time and Part time opportunities available
  • Promoting capacity building, choice and control and community inclusion
  • Providing services based on the child strengths and capabilities
  • Planning and facilitating group therapy sessions for children and their families
  • Providing individual therapy and progress reports to the NDIS and other stakeholders
  • Mix of work - In-clinic, Outreach, WFH and TeleHealth
  • Part time and Full-time options available

The suitable applicant will hold

  • Relevant education in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with SPA
  • NDIS workers Screening check (Or commitment to obtaining one)
  • Drivers License
