The Company

Our Client supports Women and Children's who experience Family violence. They offer a range of services dealing with issues such as Family Violence, homelessness and employment support.

The Role

  • A first point of contact for the office of the CEO and be a conduit for information flowing to and from the CEO
  • Diary management for the CEO including weekly planning, organising meetings, collating, and distributing meeting papers, follow up on action items and ensure action items for the CEO are actioned prior to the following meeting
  • Prepare agendas, reports, memos, briefing notes, presentation, and any other high-level documentations for the CEO
  • Coordinate annual reporting to the Governing Body, Australian Charities & Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH)
  • Assist in the on-going management of Governance transfer arrangements
  • Coordinate and prepare Board and Board Committee Papers, including liaison with relevant parties in relation to reporting requirements.
  • Conduit to the Company Secretary for all Board related items
  • Collate, record and track specific actions and decisions arising from Board and Sub-Committee meetings, distributing outcomes and actions to relevant parties.

Your Profile

  • You will have significant board support experience and be able to contribute to the development of board reporting procedures.
  • You will be able to work autonomously and make key decisions and be able to confidently communicate the reasons behind your decision.
  • You will be highly organised with a great attention to detail.
  • minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • You will have advanced skills in using the full Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams etc.)
