The organisation we are representing is looking for a Client Services Manager, based in Melbourne's east.

The role

You will be responsible for facilitating the organisations care services within Victoria and Tasmania from the top down; you will be creating, implementing and updating quality and safety standards, staff KPIs, undertaking performance management of staff, and leading a team of four direct reports with large teams beneath them.

Key duties

• Management of large teams, including KPI creation and performance management
• On occasion, travelling to sites regionally and in Tasmania
• Participate in organisational strategic planning initiatives and projects.
• Management and oversight of the organisations HCP and CHSP programs
• Contribute to a healthy, productive organisational culture where work practices, decision making, and behaviour reflect the service's philosophy and values.

You will have:

• A clinical background, ideally as a registered nurse
• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Demonstrable people management experience
• Financial understanding and competence

You will also be willing to undergo police and Working with Children Checks, as well as provide 2 recent managerial references.
