At Talent Nation you’ll find a tribe of dedicated and driven “good humans”, who champion passionate professionals to take on their next impactful role. We are fortunate to work with the biggest companies and brands in the country, as well as an impressive range of incredible NFP’s.
We are passionate about making a lasting influence, and are using our skills, experience, and knowledge to make effective change. Through our work we are improving the planet for today and ensuring that it’s left in a better state for our future generations.
Do you want to be able to go home at the end of the day and tell your friends and family that you’ve made a difference today and you are proud of what you and your company does? We all get to do that, and it feels good!
Talent Nation is seeking a values-aligned Recruitment Administrator to join our team. The role will work closely with the Recruiting team (consultants and candidate managers) to support various administrative components of our recruitment assignments within the environment, sustainability, ESG, and Not for Profit sectors.
In addition, the role will be responsible for various quality assurance activities to ensure the Talent Nation brand is upheld to the high standards set by all team members, and what clients and candidates have come to expect from an industry leader.
Key responsibilities include:
You are a highly organised individual who can handle multiple priorities at once, with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities. You are known for having a high attention to detail and taking pride in the accuracy of your work.
You enjoy being a proactive team player through showing initiative and having the maturity and confidence to contribute to team discussions and process evolution as required. In addition to your values being aligned with the environmental and social spaces that we specialise in, you will have the ability to contribute to our team culture.
We all spend a lot of time at work, so it is our belief that you must enjoy where you work, the people you work with; and be proud of what you do. We love the work that we do and the people we interact with; including our charity partners that we support.
This role is offered as a permanent full time position, but we understand life has many dimensions, so we are open to permanent part time option for a candidate who may be seeking a bit more flexibility to balance life outside of work. Our location is a 2-minute walk from Brighton Beach train station, in a newly renovated welcoming office environment (with a great view of the bay).
