For 25 years, the national charity Alannah & Madeline Foundation, has worked to safeguard every child’s right to live free from violence and bullying. They recognise the dangers children face today are increasingly complex, so they innovate, adapt and respond accordingly. The Foundation also supports Dolly’s Dream, educating and empowering families and communities to prevent the devastating effects of bullying.
This is a newly created full-time role to drive the strategic agenda of eSmart and will play a key leadership role in contributing to the vision and purpose of the Foundation and leading its impact focus area of empowering positive digital citizens. The role will head up a small team of direct reports within eSmart and oversee program and product implementation and the development of eLearning products, strategic partnerships, funded deliverables, and agreements with government.
Key responsibilities include:
You’re experienced with online safety/digital literacy and have held senior positions with program implementation. You are a highly motivated individual and thrive on autonomy and can shape and drive a programmatic response to the Foundations eSmart vision. Ideally you have previous leadership experience and know what’s required to develop a highly functional team.
You are also a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable representing the Foundation at a senior government level when required.
