 We are building the most innovative non-profit in the country and are looking for an exceptional Project Lead to join our team.   

TIACS was started by the co-founders of TradeMutt. Dan, Ed and the rest of the TradeMutt and TIACS teams are breaking down barriers in a big way for truckies, tradies, people living in rural communities, blue-collar workers and those who care about them.  We are upping the ante on starting conversations about mental health and removing both physical and financial barriers to make sure there is free access to mental health counselling Australia wide, for blue collar workers and communities.  

We know we’re asking for a lot in this one role but if you have the depth in some areas and think you can pick up the rest then throw your hat in the ring.

An exceptional Project Lead will possess some of the following key skills and attributes: 

• Strong project and program management of major and minor projects throughout the project lifecycle (ability to oversee multiple projects and keep many balls in the air).
• High-level analytical, research and writing skills, with the ability to obtain, interpret and present information to meet a diverse range of audiences (we value out of the box and creative styles).
• Experience across program evaluation and data projects (both techy and systems) including performing data exploration, data modelling and data analysis.
• Be agile, passionate and committed to personal and organisational excellence. 
• Be committed to contributing to our great organisational culture and promote team connection, enjoyment, respect and ability to cheer each other on  
• Relevant qualifications recognised by certified governing body (Masters and Degree level and above)
