Thrive Services is a not-for-profit organisation that provides support to families living in Lithgow & the Blue Mountains. We offer two specialised programs (Targeted Early Intervention & Specialist Homelessness Service), along with a drop-in emergency relief assistance for members of the Blue Mountains community.

As a TEI Family Case Worker, you will provide tailored case management to families with children under 18 years old who are living in the Lithgow LGA. You will work collaboratively with families to develop and implement individualised case plans, with the focus on enhancing family functioning, support with improving family relationships and connections, and building capacity of families to address their own needs. Our Family Case Workers deliver a mixture of case work and community programs designed to support parents in their parenting journey by offering case work, parenting programs, and community activities.
