Think HQ is a South Melbourne communications agency specialising in projects of substance. We work with some of Australia’s most well known not-for-profits and social change advocates.

We are seeking a full-time junior to mid-level developer who is enthusiastic to make a real change through their work and to have fun doing it. This is a Mon-Fri office-based role.

We provide digital solutions for our clients, including digital strategy, information architecture and content strategy, web design and technical development. The majority of your immediate work will be creating client websites and microsites.

Technical skills required:

• PHP
• MySQL
• HTML5/CSS
• Bootstrap

Must have:

• Good communication skills - you will be required to interact with clients and participate in meetings, however it doesn’t matter if English isn’t your first language
• A passion for content – not just technical work.

Nice to have:

• Web design skills – this will be looked upon very favourably
• Understanding of App systems development
• eLearning experience.

You will be working closely with Think HQ’s Director/ Digital Strategist who likes to have fun at work, openly share creative ideas and create unique and effective digital solutions.

The successful candidate must have a vibrant attitude and be flexible with shifting priorities and scope changes from clients.
