Since opening over forty years ago, The Skin Hospital has gained a reputation as a centre of excellence in clinical management of skin diseases. We operate across two purpose built and accredited sites in Sydney, offering over 20 specialty skin clinics and access to over 50 dermatologists. As a registered education institution, we estimate that over 95% of NSW dermatologists have spent time training with us, and we currently train more dermatologists than any other institution in Australia. At The Skin Hospital, we are committed to the advancing the treatment and cures for skin diseases and have an internationally recognised Research and Clinical Trials team who are at the forefront of their field.
The primary objective of this role is to provide a high standard of customer service by focusing on supporting The Skin Hospital’s patients, doctors, and nurses. As the first point of customer contact, the position is seen as critical in establishing a professional image and improving the reputation of The Skin Hospital. A customer’s first and last impression will be evaluated on the experience of each visit to The Skin Hospital.
