The 100% Project (TOPP) is a not-for-profit research organisation committed to driving gender equality in Australian leadership. Our mission is to challenge prevailing attitudes and behaviours by producing and promoting evidence-based research that influences organisational, institutional, and government policies. We aim to close the gender gap in leadership by generating public awareness and fostering change through advocacy.

Board Chair

The 100% Project is now searching for the successor to our current Chair as their term nears completion. 

The Chair of TOPP is an executive-level, voluntary leadership position requiring demonstrated board experience and a strong alignment to TOPP’s mission. 

This role is suited to an experienced non-executive director or Chair with at least 3–5 years of governance experience within a non-profit, research, or advocacy organisation.
