About Us

Healthy Men. Healthy Masculinities. Healthy Communities.

The Men’s Table is a national not-for-profit movement that brings men together in a way that’s honest, supportive, and deeply human.

Our Tables are simple, yet powerful: small groups of men sharing a meal and engaging in open, judgment-free conversation. These gatherings help foster connection, build trust, and promote emotional well-being. Over time, they grow into safe, reliable spaces where men can share the highs and lows of life and simply be themselves.

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Regional Host to help expand and nurture The Men’s Table across South Australia within metro and regional areas.

If you’re passionate about building community, creating meaningful connections, and supporting men’s mental health, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role, you will:

  • Help establish new Tables and support the sustainability of existing ones.
  • Connect with local communities, engaging with men who are looking for more genuine connections in their lives.
  • Build strong partnerships with local leaders, health services, and organisations aligned with our values.
  • Champion our vision for healthy masculinity and emotionally resilient communities.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in community development, grassroots outreach, or stakeholder engagement - and who genuinely believes in the power of conversation and connection to improve lives.
