The Sax Institute is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that improves health and wellbeing by driving better use of evidence in policies, programs and services.

Sitting within the Programs Division, this position plays a key role in ensuring that the administration and client services for two flagship programs of the Institute are effectively managed - Australia’s largest longitudinal study of ageing, the 45 and Up Study and SURE, a highly secure computing environment developed to help make best use of sensitive data and bring researchers from across Australia and the world to collaborate on large-scale health research projects.
Working with dedicated professionals, this is a diverse role that will be responsible for providing timely and accurate business and client services support to ensure that the 45 and Up & SURE program areas are promoted and accessible to the Institute’s clients, operate effectively and continue to grow. It would suit someone who is looking to develop their skills in project management and who is wanting to build on their current administration experience, with a particular focus on client and contracts administration.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience working in a health program or research environment would be highly regarded.
