The Australian Prevention Partnership Centre (Prevention Centre) is Australia’s leading national collaboration of researchers, policy makers and practitioners working together to prevent chronic disease. An exciting opportunity exists for an organised and proactive Engagement Coordinator to join The Australian Prevention Partnership Centre (Prevention Centre).
This role plays a central part in supporting stakeholder engagement and collaboration across the prevention sector. Through a mix of stakeholder engagement, event delivery, communications and coordination, you'll help create opportunities for learning, professional development, collaboration and connection across the prevention sector.
Working across a range of Prevention Centre initiatives, you'll help build and sustain networks and communities that connect policy makers, researchers and practitioners. This includes supporting the Emerging Leaders' Network and Communities of Practice, as well as a broader program of workshops, webinars, dialogues and stakeholder engagement activities.
Working closely with the Prevention Centre team, you'll engagement activities, and provide the operational and administrative support that helps these networks thrive.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, collaborative and enjoys bringing people together, building relationships and creating engaging experiences for diverse stakeholders.

Experience working in the health, research, government or not-for-profit sectors would also be highly regarded as would experience using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Miro/Mural, Canva, Slido, WordPress, Eventbrite, Campaign Monitor, Dynamics 365.
