About the Role

As part of our values-driven and family-centred practice, you will work with children aged 2 to 17 years old, delivering therapy across home, school, and early learning environments.

This role focuses on building children’s capacity in everyday life skills, including:

• Emotional regulation and self-awareness
• Attention and behaviour support
• Fine and gross motor development
• Social communication and peer interactions
• Daily routines and self-care (e.g., toileting, dressing, eating)

You will work with a diverse range of clients including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, intellectual disability, trauma backgrounds, FASD, and those from Indigenous and low socio-economic communities.

This is a mobile position, so willingness to travel across the Lismore, Casino, and Kyogle areas is essential. In return, we offer flexibility to work from home and in the community, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

• Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract
• Pay: From $85.00 per hour
• Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
