ABOUT US

We are Australia’s first social enterprise bakery, and since 2013 we have invested 100% of our profits into providing training and employment pathways for people seeking refuge and asylum, who aspire to become bakers.

This program has been shown to have lasting intergenerational impact, and helps boost our trainees’ prospects of successful resettlement and employment, while building a strong sense of belonging in the Australian community.

Every team member plays an important role in contributing to the success of this meaningful project and we foster an environment of empathy and support.

THE ROLE

The Bread & Butter Project is seeking a volunteer graphic designer to support its small but passionate marketing team in creating sales and marketing material. Possible projects may include invitations, sales flyers, brochures, POS, web banners, blog posts and corporate packs. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in a range of design platforms, and will have their own device with relevant design programs installed.

This individual will execute visual content, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

The brief will be clear, but we’d really appreciate someone who can transform our content into professional and pretty material that will help engage our customers and supporters on our journey.
