We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Campaigner to join our dynamic Communications team. As the Digital Campaigner & Fundraiser, you will develop and execute digital campaigns that engage and mobilise our supporters, increase the number of subscribers and donors, raise awareness about critical issues, and drive meaningful policy change. Strong communication, analytical skills and a personable approach to engaging supporters is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write persuasive and engaging digital communications and marketing copy, including newsletters, emails, petitions and social media posts.
  • Develop lead generation and digital acquisition strategies to grow the number of email subscribers and regular donors.
  • Deliver targeted strategies to increase engagement and donations among existing supporters, including regular giving renewal and reactivation campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver online fundraising strategies, which may include managing third-party fundraising providers.
  • Undertake work to improve the quality of subscriber data and audience segmentation.
  • Use data and analytics to optimise existing strategies and inform and trial new subscriber and donor acquisition processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic digital campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive supporter engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to optimise existing strategies and inform and trial new subscriber and donor acquisition processes.
  • Excellent persuasive copywriting skills.
  • Experience using data analysis to measure campaign performance and guide decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience using customer relationship management software, including improving list data quality, audience segmentation, and planning effective user journeys. Experience using NationBuilder would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in social media management and content creation, and proficiency with relevant digital campaigning tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
