The Board of Theatre Network Australia (TNA) is seeking new leadership, moving from a Co-CEO model to a single CEO.

The TNA CEO will lead the organisation's approach of being a true champion and connector for this sector.

In leading a small, effective and engaged team, they should foster a high-performance culture that is caring, collaborative and inclusive, enabling staff to thrive and contribute meaningfully to TNA’s success.

Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000 full-time equivalent salary, plus superannuation and standard leave entitlements, commensurate with experience.

The position is 1.0 or 0.8 FTE, based in an accessible office at The Guild in Southbank on the lands of the Kulin Nation.
