  • Salary: $80k-$85 per annum + 11% super (depending on experience)
  • 6 Weeks leave + 17.5% leave loading
  • Furnished accommodation
  • Relocation Assistance up to $1500
  • NFP Salary packaging (tax savings on $15000)

The Coordinator of Supports will work with clients to engage with supports to increase their capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently, and be included in their community. They will also assist clients who have high or complex needs to help manage challenges in their support environment which may include health, education, or justice services.

About You:

  • Proven experience in NDIS support coordination
  • Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Understanding of the barriers faced by clients in remote communities who may have complex needs and who are culturally and linguistically diverse.
  • Understanding of the challenges of working in remote Australia
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills with people in remote communities.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to meet requirements of the role, whilst following organisational guidelines, policies and procedures.

Diresirable

  • Previous experience working and living in remote communities.

Essential Licences / Clearances prior to commencement

  • NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Clearance
  • Manual Drivers Licence (Class C NT)
  • National Police check
  • NLC Work / Resident permits
