You could be Tearfund’s new Digital Marketing Lead.
When you are successful in this role, you’ll have the joy of achieving real impact by growing Tearfund’s digital presence and connecting more Australians with stories of hope, justice and transformation.
You’ll lead digital content and marketing efforts across email, web and social media, using your creativity and data insight to engage supporters and amplify the voice of Tearfund’s local Christian partners. From overseeing integrated campaigns to shaping compelling content and optimising supporter journeys, you’ll play a key role in making Tearfund’s mission visible and actionable online.
Along the way, you’ll grow your skills in strategy, innovation and digital leadership – working within a passionate, collaborative team committed to seeing all people achieve their God-given potential.
This full-time role will play a critical part in Tearfund’s Communications and Marketing Team, contributing to Tearfund’s mission to end poverty through faithful partnership and courageous storytelling.

A mix of in office at Blackburn, Melbourne (with hybrid possibilities depending on business needs)
