About the position:

Lead the design and delivery of key teaching related components for the Leadership Development Program (LDP), which prepare LDP participants to achieve significant impact with their students, while also contributing to their enablement as leaders to work towards ensuring all young Australians have excellent educational opportunities. This role also leads the delivery in learning modules taught as part of our National and Regional Intensives, in addition to leading the development of specific modules in collaboration with our university partner.

About the team:

The National Curriculum Team sets the direction of the core Leadership Development Program (LDP) – overseeing the curriculum and building frameworks for its delivery. The team designs and delivers our annual National Initial Intensive, school mentor training, and supports state managers with each state’s Regional Intensive. In addition to this, the team stewards and manages the university partnership to support our mutual goals and create an excellent experience for Associates.

About you:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education or teaching
  • Minimum three years teaching experience
  • Ability to structure and design sessions to maximise adult learning
  • Experience designing and evaluating adult learning curriculum and facilitating adult professional development
  • Experience in planning long term projects/other activities
