We’re looking for a Client Experience Officer who’s all about connection, care, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of our intake and client services team—welcoming new clients, supporting them through their journey, and making sure the behind-the-scenes systems (like Salesforce and ShiftCare) are ticking along beautifully.
You’ll also take the reins on document control and lend a hand with admin across the organisation. Basically: if you love variety, organisation, and helping people feel at ease, this is your kind of role.
