Join The Benevolent Society, a flexible, friendly organisation with over 200 years of history empowering Australians to live their best lives. We’re independent, non-religious, and deeply committed to reconciliation and inclusion.
As the Team Leader for the Home Support team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the Home Support team members (HSTM), ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high service quality standards, and you will inspire your team to turn each interaction into a memorable experience for the clients. Helping your team to recognise the impact of their work, you will celebrate the wins, embrace the opportunities for improvement, and build upon their potential. By cultivating a collaborative and empowered environment, you will enable your team to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, ultimately contributing to the success and reputation of our organisation.
We support people to live their best life. That includes you, our employee. A ‘best life’ is unique to everyone and can change as life changes:
