Are you a passionate, and motivated social justice advocate? Do you believe in the dignity of clients and the protection of human rights? If so, Tasc National wants you to join our team!
Tasc National is a beacon of legal and social justice services in southern Queensland, with offices in Toowoomba, Ipswich, and Wide Bay. We are dedicated to driving change and making a positive impact on society.
At the heart of service excellence as a Senior Social Justice Advocate, you will:
Provide high-level advocacy, social work advice, information, and casework support to program-eligible community members facing complex issues requiring advanced skills beyond those of an Advocate or Social Worker.
This Senior Social Justice Advocate position is offered at L5 of the SCHADS Award, however, we encourage applicants of all experience levels to apply. While this role is designed for a higher skill level, we may consider candidates with less experience. The classification level offered will reflect the successful applicant’s overall experience and capabilities.
TASC is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and LGBTIQ+ communities.
At Tasc National, you'll work within a values-based framework that is engaging, supportive, and driven. If you have the qualifications, the desire to work in a values-led organisation, and the heart to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Applications will remain open until listed date, but we will be actively recruiting during this time, so please don’t delay in applying.
