Consulting Arborist

We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about environmental consulting and urban forestry, and wants to make a positive impact on the environment and the community. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, think critically, and be capable of producing environmental solutions focused on trees in the urban environment.

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to work on projects across the state. These include “Project Arborist Services” for protecting trees during development in line with AS4970. This role entails managing collection of field data, in-depth assessments and report preparation.

The successful candidate will be working to deadlines, producing reports of the highest standard whach are based on verifiable evidence and approved methodologies.

• QTRA risk assessment
• Tree health and condition assessment

Desirable Qualifications:

• Graduate Certificate in Arboriculture
• Diploma of Arboriculture
• Degree in Urban Horticulture

• Have a passion for providing evidence-based and independent advice to clients
• Have strong communication skills
