St Vincent's Care Services (SVCS) are seeking expressions of interest from Food Services Assistants to join our casual pool of staff. With the predicted workforce shortages in the coming months, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team and really make a difference to the lives of others.

SVCS have aged care facilities located at Maroochydore that operates 7 days/24 hours per day. We are seeking kitchen hands to provide relief cover in our kitchens to ensure high quality meals are continued to be provided to our residents.

You will need:

  • Previous experience in a food services/kitchen hand position
  • A customer service focus with a "can do" attitude
  • Experience working in a large, commercial kitchen preferred
  • Flexibility to work across 3 shifts, 7 days and at short notice
  • Effective communication skills
  • National police check (within 6 months)
  • Current flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
